Amy is turning 40, so we’re taking over Pub in the Woods for a private night under the lights. Expect a proper outdoor party with music, fires, food, drinks and plenty of people worth celebrating with.

IN THE WOODS.

The clue is in the name. Pub in the Woods is an outdoor pop-up pub in the Derbyshire countryside: live music, beer, fire pits, festoon lights and friends, all in the fresh country air.

There are covered areas throughout, but this is still an outdoor October party. Bring layers and dress for the weather. The Friday event is strictly over 18s only because the venue has open fires and fire pits and is not suitable for children.

Vegan burgers and pulled jackfruit will be available for vegan and vegetarian guests where dietary requirements are provided in advance.

Please include all dietary requirements and allergies with your RSVP so the catering can be planned properly.

Ashbourne is best for Saturday’s pub session.

Brailsford is closest to the Friday venue.

Belper/Turnditch gives lodge, pod and camping options.

West Derby adds more hotel capacity.

ROUND TWO?

If you’re around for the whole weekend, the celebrations continue on Saturday with a mammoth review day drinking session around the local pubs of Ashbourne.

No RSVP needed for Saturday. It’s an open invite to anyone who wants to join.

Stay in or around Ashbourne and you’ll already be in the right place.

RSVP for the Friday party only. Please enter the full name of every person attending, plus the lead guest’s email and mobile number. Add dietary requirements and allergies in advance.

Friday is strictly over 18s only. Pub in the Woods is an outdoor venue with open fires and fire pits and is not suitable for children.
